02 / PROTOTYPE THE EXPERIENCE
Make the idea something people can experience.
A prototype changes the conversation from “imagine this” to “try this.” It lets you explore the experience, uncover friction, and make design decisions before a full implementation.

Sketch the journey before polishing the screen.
We start with the task a user needs to complete. Wireframes outline the sequence, information, navigation, and important states without allowing visual polish to hide a confusing flow.
For an appointment product, for example, the first journey might be finding availability, selecting a time, and receiving confirmation—not every feature the business may eventually need.
Connect the screens. Invite honest feedback.
We develop an interactive prototype around the agreed core journeys. You can follow the flow, review the language, and consider how the product should behave when something is missing or goes wrong.
Feedback sessions help us improve clarity and remove unnecessary steps. We document what was tested, what changed, and which assumptions remain open.
Build the bridge to development.
Approved designs become a reference for the engineering work: reusable interface patterns, expected interactions, and acceptance criteria. We work through technical constraints before they turn into expensive surprises.
A clickable prototype demonstrates an experience. An MVP adds the working systems behind it. We explain that distinction clearly so you know exactly what the engagement delivers.
A CLEARER NEXT STEP
What you can expect.
- Wireframes for the main user journeys
- An interactive prototype
- Design decisions and feedback notes
- A prioritized handover for MVP development
Specific deliverables, timings, and responsibilities are agreed for your engagement.
Before we get started.
Is a prototype a working application?
A design prototype typically simulates screens and interactions. It does not necessarily contain a live database, payment processing, or production security. Those capabilities belong to an agreed development scope.
Can you improve an existing product?
Yes. We can review a specific journey, prototype improvements, and help your team prioritize the changes before implementation.
